The Iowa Civil Rights Commission is the state administrative agency that enforces the Iowa Civil Rights Act, Iowa's anti-discrimination law. Our vision is a state free of discrimination. Our mission is to enforce civil rights laws through compliance, mediation, advocacy, training and education. The Commission does not provide legal representation.
